Week 17

This week has been pretty big for me. I made it through all of the track meets that I can go through in middle school. My last one is on Tuesday. I made all four of these track meets for shot-put. I wouldn't have made it if it weren't for Kung Fu. A shot-put is a 6 pound ball of metal. Kung Fu gave me the form and the strength to throw it over 11 feet. Without Kung Fu, I would've gotten last in most of my events. Kung Fu is my main source of exercise. Sorry for the short post.

Sit-ups are at 17700 out of 50000
Sparring is at 120 minutes/rounds out of 1000 minutes/rounds
Kilometers are at 470 out of 1609
Acts of kindness are at 317 out of 1000
18 Temple motions is at 155 out of 1000
Nun-chucks are at 265 out of 1000
Chin-ups are at 4 out of 8
