Week 25

This last week was the first time that I have missed a blog post. I am going to do my best to make sure that it doesn't happen again, but sometimes there are cracks in the routine and you need to rebuild it from the ground up. The only thing that should be able to get in my way now is life.

Week 23

This past week was my first week working as a volunteer for a summer camp that I have been a "camper" at for the past 6 years. It's just like helping out on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the kids classes. I do what the Leaders tell me to do and when needed, I keep the kids in check. There are also age groups. They go from 1 to 4 with 1 being the youngest at 5 and 4 being the oldest at 12. I was put in Group 2 this week. The age range is basically that of the Level 1 Black Dragons. I never really realized how crazy kids of that age could be until this week. I now have this upcoming week off so I will see what I do this week.

Week 22

This week I came over the biggest challenge of the year so far for me, Chin-ups. For the past few months, I haven't been able to do more than 4 chin-ups at a time. I usually do Chin-ups every second week. This week was just another attempt, and I did better than I have ever done before. I am going to take this attitude to all my other requirements. Right now, I am doing 1040 Push-ups & Sit-ups a week, but I am going to change it to 1400. That's roughly 50 more each day. I am going to see how this works out.
