This week I came over the biggest challenge of the year so far for me, Chin-ups. For the past few months, I haven't been able to do more than 4 chin-ups at a time. I usually do Chin-ups every second week. This week was just another attempt, and I did better than I have ever done before. I am going to take this attitude to all my other requirements. Right now, I am doing 1040 Push-ups & Sit-ups a week, but I am going to change it to 1400. That's roughly 50 more each day. I am going to see how this works out.
Now onto the numbers
Push-ups are at 22900 out of 50000
Sit-ups are at 22900 out of 50000
Sparring is at 180 minutes/rounds out of 1000 minutes/rounds
Kilometers are at 713 out of 1609
Acts of Kindness are at 430 out of 1000
18 Temple Motions is at 260 out of 1000
Nun-chucks are at 360 out of 1000
Chin-ups are at 5 out of 8
