This week I focused on my forms more than I usually do. Instead of doing them 20 times in the week, I did 40. It's still not that much but I'm planning on doing more and more per week. Besides that, I didn't do that much this week. I'm back at camp next week so I'll have something to do there.
Now onto the numbers
Push-ups are at 29300 out of 50000
Sit-ups are at 29300 out of 50000
Sparring is at 260 minutes out of 1000
Kilometers are at 944 out of 1609
18 Temple motions is at 380 out of 1000
Nun-chucks are at 480 out of 1000
Chin-ups are at 5 out of 8
