Distractions are something that everyone has to deal with. For the most part it is very hard to control the distractions that happen around you, but how you deal with them is what matters. If you let everything distract you, you will lose focus quickly and doing things will take more time. Instead, if you do your best to let nothing distract you and just focus on what you're doing, you will get things done much faster but you might miss something important in the background. So it is important to have a balance in what you let go over your head and what you catch onto. Doing this takes some time however, so it is best to start as soon as possible instead of waiting until it might be too late for it to be effective.
