Over the past few months, I have found that the amount of push-ups and sit-ups that I am doing has decreased, while my form repetitions have increased. I don't exactly know why, as it could be a combination of many different things. This definitely one of the smaller changes that has happened recently, but it's still interesting to see. I'm still on track with my requirements, so I would say this hasn't affected me as much as it could have. Things could be better, or things could be worse. I'll settle for where I am right now.
